We used to live in Utah.
LG had a very favorite restaurant.
Ever since we moved to Knoxville, LG has been counting down the days until he could go back.For five years, the conversations have been countless.
"We have to go to The Training Table every day whenever we go back."
He can never get too many cheese fries and Utah famous fry sauce.
You have to try them. Even if you are counting calories.
The caloric splurge will not disappoint.
The kids thought ordering over the phone was pretty cool.
But they knew that they had to work for the food.Alright girls, figure out how to get home.

SO YUMMY. I actually don't allow myself to go there even though it's just 8 minutes from my house because I can't contain myself when I eat that sauce. You have great taste!

My daughter worked at Training Table a couple of years ago. Those cheesy fries are amazing. (I love ordering from the phone, too ; )
I have never heard of this place... but I haven't lived in Utah either. Is it one of those 'where the locals go'? I guess if you are local to the places in Northern Utah that have one. Looks Yummy... did you figure out how many WW points???

We have lived here a total of 12 years off and on over our 18 year marriage. Not once have we been to the Training Table. Guess it is about time we try it. I have heard their food is really yummy.
Holy Crap - what is that? 4 - 5000 calories? And I would totally eat it.
I have to admit- I thought maybe your post was like you had been working at Mcdonalds for five years. That would be a priceless post!!! I love that place too, but we never get to go either, but I love fry sauce with a side of cheese fries....Have a great day!!

I don't like fry sauce. Actually I haven't been able to bring myself to try it. My hubby on the other hand loves it and relishes every trip to UT just so he can have some. He swears that McDougal's sauce (do you have those in Kville?) is just the same as fry sauce.
