Thoughts for the Twilight

So, I have been taking 5 minutes for reading here and there....mostly in the car while waiting in the car line for the kids. I have two pick-ups a day and so that gives me a little time.

I detested the first book from The Twilight Series, but I forged ahead. Unlike everyone else, I loved the second book. I am now reading the last one and am glad I persevered, and I so wish that I could stay up all night and read like I used to...can't do it.

I was totally freaking out the other day when Alice and Jasper's stories were told. They so remind me of LG and I. I am a total party crazy person. And LG is a Southern gentleman who has a very uncanny calming affect. I guess we must have met Stephenie Meyer before. She surely used us as her models for her characters!

I was pleased that I passed the test. Go and check it out you Twilight freaks.

I'm a Alice! I found out through TwilightersAnonymous.com. Which Twilight Female Are You? Take the quiz and find out!

You are intelligent, outgoing & stylish. A true girly girl, you love shopping & makeovers.
Although you are a generous friend, you can be coy, tricky & very persuasive in order to
get your way. You are known to zone out occasionally during conversations, but your
friends forgive you because you are understanding, supportive & know how to throw one
heck of a party!

Of course I took the quiz -- I put my results on my blog!! :) Glad you are finally enjoying these books. Matt liked the second one much better than the first as well. I think Wendy said Wes did too.

(And by the way -- I'm not sure if that Junie B. Jones musical was at the Civic Coliseum or whatever it's called down by the Women's b-ball hall of fame. Not sure if it was put on specifically for our field trip or if it's an actual traveling production.)

Okay -- I just read my comment and realized I made a typo -- the Junie B. Jones show WAS at the Civic Coliseum....sorry about that!!

I just haven't gotten the desire to read these yet... maybe after all my 'wicked' books.

That is way cool that you relate to the characters. That you see the similarities.

I loved the fourth one! Its the best by far. We should see the movie together. Seth and LG can sit on the couch and stare at each other.

funny, funny. I was an Esme. I am glad that you liked the second one better (the first was the hardest for me, too) and will be WAY curious to hear what you think about #4. Sure addicting stuff, huh?

I am so glad that you read the rest of the series. Wes was not too excited by the first one either. It was hard for him to read from a woman point of view, let alone a teenager. He loved the rest though.

Hope all is well with you.

Lets do lunch soon.
